Dr. Reddy is one of the pioneers in the field of education. Her progressive and innovative ideas have inspired a multitude of people who have had interactions with her. She is the founder member of Niraj Educational Society and was the Principal of the prestigious Niraj Public School at Ameerpet. Dr. Reddy holds a doctorate in Literature from the Osmania University. She has also been the ex-IAPE (Indian Association for Preschool Education) Secretary and ex-LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) Board Member.
Dr.Reddy is farsighted and has initiated integrated, inclusive education for students who are mentally and visually challenged. She also runs free educational and vocational programmes for underprivileged children in addition to providing them with all the essential things in life. She has adopted two government schools and helps the children in every way possible, in order to make them self-reliant.A very compassionate, social-minded and deeply spiritual person, Dr. Reddy is also an eloquent speaker.
Mr. John Guyatt has a degree in Modern History and a PG Diploma in Education. He is a fellow of Leverhulme in Latin American Studies.
Mr. Guyatt specializes in Educational Consultancy and school inspections. He works for Independent School Inspectorate and in his capacity as schools inspector, visits schools across the world. He has also worked on educational projects in several European countries. He is also the Governor of two schools in the UK. Additionally, he has been a consultant to Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Mumbai.

Dr. Reddy was the Director & Area Chairperson for the Centre for Human Development, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). She holds degrees in Political Science, Psychology and International Relations from universities in India and abroad. She has also been involved in designing and implementing innovative technology application at the higher education level in India.
Mr. Nandakumar is a distinguished educator. He was instrumental in setting up Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Mumbai and has also served as the CEO of École Mondiale World School, Mumbai . Earlier, he served as Principal in many prestigious institutions in Chennai, Madurai, Jamnagar and Singapore and has set up schools in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and New Zealand. He has travelled extensively, attended and presented papers at many international conferences and seminars in major metros in India and abroad.
Presently, Mr. Nandakumar is the Director of Datta Educational Consultants and works as a consultant for many reputed schools affiliated to the CBSE, CISCE, CIE and IBO. He is one of the active members of the Board of Governors of Niraj Educational Society.

Mr. Mario Gauci has been working in the field of education for over 26 years in Australia, England, Germany and Singapore. Mr. Gauci began his career in Melbourne, teaching in local primary schools before moving overseas in 1996. He has taught almost all primary year levels, and has a particular interest in the Early Years Education. He also spent some time as a teacher librarian and PYP Coordinator.
Mr. Gauci worked as an IBPYP consultant with the IB Asia Pacific office in Singapore for four years and in several other international schools in Singapore before joining Chatsworth International School in August 2014 as the Head of Primary School.
Mr. Rohit Mohindra has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, Pennsylvania, USA and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Mr. Mohindra has been involved with project planning, financial feasibility studies and liaising with International organizations such as IBO and CIE.
Mr. Mohindra has also been involved in the preparation of educational content for service providers in the United States. Additionally, he has implemented projects where Raj Mohindra Consultants (RMC) has been involved.
