She is the founder member of Niraj Educational Society and was the Principal of the prestigious Niraj Public School at Ameerpet. Dr. Reddy holds a doctorate in Literature from the Osmania University. She has also been the ex-IAPE (Indian Association for Preschool Education) Secretary and ex-LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) Board Member.
Dr.Reddy is farsighted and has initiated integrated, inclusive education for students who are mentally and visually challenged. She also runs free educational and vocational programmes for underprivileged children in addition to providing them with all the essential things in life.
